Welcome to "Make Isosurf Volume", a command line tool that takes a series of images and generates a volume file for use with
Isosurf. "Make Isosurf Volume" was written by Issac Trotts in the labs of Edward G. Jones.
The easiest way to use this program is to install Msys (on Windows), and then from Msys command prompt, navigate to a directory of JPG images and type 'make_isosurf_volume.exe *.jpg' (without quotes).
The image above is a volume reconstruction of acetylcholinesterase staining in the mouse brain.
