b3d is a 3D, interactive application integrated with BrainMaps.org. It presents 2D image data within a 3D framework for the macaque brain and fetches high-resolution image data from the BrainMaps server. On Windows and Mac, there is nothing to install; just download, extract, and run the executable. Here is how to run it on Linux:

$ tar xzvf b3d-1g2-src.tar.gz
$ cd b3d-1g2-src
$ make
$ src/b3d
