When I click the Java symbol to view annotations it starts the Java app but it ends up saying "cannot open the application"...solution?

Also, when and if I get that working, can I save the high resolution image with the labels on them? I seem to only see images without the areas labeled. How can I do this?

I am not sure but it looks like you have problems with your Java version. Try to install the latest Java version for your platform.

yeah, it must be really the java. i had the same problem before.
